This is powerful information and should serve as a reminder to you and me that getting better sleep will help us lose or maintain weight.
I also know that this is easier said than done. Our lives are just so busy and it can be challenging to get that much sleep but by implementing this tip as early as tonight, you will increase your chances of losing 5 pounds in a week.

If you drink water before you eat a meal or when you have a craving, it will decrease the amount of food that you consume.
